Those persons interested in serving on the Greenwood Planning Commission
or the Greenwood Board of Adjustment, please send a letter or e-mail your
request to be placed on the list. The Planning Commission is responsible
for reviewing the Ordinance and making changes to the Ordinance, hearing
Conditional Use Permit Applications, Subdivision Requests, Borrow Pits,
Planned Unit Developments and Resort Long Range Plans. The board meets on
an as needed basis from December-February, and monthly the other time of the year.
The Board of Adjustment hears variance appeals for those property owners
who would like to construct on nonconforming lots or nonconforming structures.
This board meets on an as needed basis.
