* I understand that I cannot go beyond what has been granted/approved by the Board of Adjustment. For example, to make any change that would enlarge the foot print or the height of the structure requires a new application to the Board of Adjustment and payment of an additional variance fee. Should a violation of the terms of the variance be discovered, work (if construction is going) shall cease and 1) the project will be brought into compliance (at my expense) or, 2) the matter will be brought before the Board of Adjustment for a new variance or for enforcement. I understand that if I have any questions about the scope of my variance, I should contact the Greenwood Planning Director before proceeding with construction.
