The Township has a Board of Adjustments that hears appeals to our Zoning Ordinance and Administrative Appeals of the Planning Director. The Board of Adjustments consists of five citizens from the Township. They meet on an as need basis as variance requests or administrative appeals are received. Their scheduled meetings are on the Third Monday of each month.
From time to time, the Township needs to fill a vacancy on this board. If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact the Township.
All variance applications must include the following:
- Complete Variance Application and fee.
- Signed Escrow Agreement and fee.
- Mitigation Measures plan if applicable.
