Recycling: There are recycling containers located in the parking lot of the Town Hall. For information on what can be recycled, please visit the St. Louis County Recycling website.
Garbage Disposal: St. Louis County has a transfer station in Greenwood Township that accepts your solid waste. It is called the County 77 Canister site and is located at 2038 County Rd. 77 in Tower, Minnesota.
Summer Hours of Operation: Tuesday 1pm-6pm, Thursday 8am-1pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday Noon-6pm
Winter Hours of Operation (Oct. 1-April 14): Thursday and Sunday, Noon-5pm
Materials accepted: Brush, demolition materials, 4 ft. tubes and CfL's (6 per trip), mattresses, tires and yard waste.
